• Make online ticket reservations and purchases

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase tickets on this Site. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself and any passengers or vehicles included in the booking.

4. Ticket Purchases & Payments

• All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a secure link to add passenger and vehicle details.
• Tickets are valid only for the specific date, time, and sailing shown on your booking confirmation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and changes are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which is clearly displayed during checkout. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with that policy. We are not responsible for missed sailings due to late arrival at the terminal.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• You must present valid identification and your booking confirmation before boarding.
• You are responsible for ensuring all passenger and vehicle information provided is accurate and complete.
• All passengers must follow safety instructions and crew directions at all times.

7. Vehicles & Cargo

• All vehicles must meet our safety and size requirements.
• Dangerous goods, hazardous materials, and prohibited items are strictly not permitted onboard.
• We reserve the right to inspect any vehicle and refuse transport if safety or regulatory requirements are not met.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to operate safely and on time, we are not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, technical issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability is limited to the value of the ticket(s) purchased.
